		<description><![CDATA[Yuck. Anxiety is a biyatch. I&#039;m already one Ativan into the day, and contemplating a second. The part that drives me crazy (er) is that it&#039;s worse for me AFTER &#039;the event&#039; is over. When the stressor is resolved, when all is good, that&#039;s when the anxiety grabs hold. Bah.

Breathe lots, take some Kava Kava drops (hold your nose), and have that glass of wine at 3:30.  Or 9 am.]]></description>
